Pennsylvania Convention Center

The Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC) is one of the most distinctive and easily accessible meeting facilities in the world.

In a unique twist for convention centers, it combines historic preservation with architectural innovation and state-of-the-art technology. By incorporating historically significant structures such as the Reading Terminal train shed into useable and thoroughly modern meeting space (view floor plans now), the PCC fits right in with Philadelphia’s historic Center City.

Plus, its convenient location makes getting here, setting up and wrapping up your convention as easy as can be. Versatility, convenience, a highly trained, diverse workforce and the Customer Satisfaction Agreement that guarantees a streamlined load-in, an efficient set-up and breakdown and overall efficiency for customers, combine to make it one of the premier meeting facilities in the world.

Where You're at Liberty to Meet

Today, the PCC is a first-class convention facility. And it’s only getting better thanks to an expansion which yields even more flexible meeting options for planners. Currently, the PCC already boasts 440,000 square feet of exhibit hall space, 32,000 square feet of ballroom space and 90,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space.

By 2011, the PCC will be enhanced with 260,000 square feet of additional exhibit hall space, and nearly triple the amount of existing ballroom space to bring the facility to a total of one million saleable square feet.

Thanks to a horizontal expansion, conventions and tradeshows booked within the current center should not be disrupted.

Both the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau and Pennsylvania Convention Center sales and services teams are briefed regularly from the construction management teams and will work with individual clients on any unforeseen issues.
